Natural Chicken Schnitzels with Dill Sauce

Ingredients

500 g chicken schnitzels
1 tbsp SABI butter
2 cloves garlic
a handful fresh or dried dill
250 ml SABI whipping cream
juice of half a lemon
salt/black pepper

Instructions

1. Season chicken schnitzels well with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat SABI butter in a deep pan and sear schnitzels quickly – fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown.

2. Add finely chopped garlic to the meat in the pan and sauté briefly together. Finally, add dill and sauté shortly.

3. Add about 100 ml water and let simmer for a while. When about half of the water evaporates, add SABI whipping cream and season the sauce with lemon juice (to taste), salt, and pepper.

4. Serve with penne pasta or roasted potatoes or fries.
